This position is responsible for interacting with clients on site, coaching and assisting them in the decision making required to launch our gamified digital marketing platform. The successful candidate is committed to ensuring a fun and engaging onboarding experience for new clients at all levels of seniority, from frontline to senior management.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Use outstanding communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients’ team members
  • Guide clients in making the financial decisions necessary to implement the program based upon the program outline provided to you
  • Document client decisions and communicate them to all client and internal stakeholders
  • Assist clients in developing program implementation process and procedures
  • Prepare for and train client team members on the administration of the program
  • Give presentations about the program to client team members
  • Continuously strive to improve the onboarding tools and processes

Qualifications

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently and on short notice
  • Detail-oriented and creative problem-solving skills
  • Confident public speaking skills
  • Outgoing and friendly
  • Patient and persistent in presentations and training sessions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to learn and master other technologies as needed
  • Writing skills a plus
  • Minimum five years of experience in marketing with a minimum two years in casino marketing management
  • A thorough understanding of casino marketing principles and operations is required to be successful in this position.
